Accommodations > Rooms at FIAP

The 4^th ICS 2026 Organization Committee has made every effort to keep the conference affordable for participants. This includes offering moderate-priced accommodation on site at FIAP. These are the most cost-effective options, and we encourage you to choose them.

You will have the opportunity to book rooms at FIAP when you register for the conference. Please do not book rooms at FIAP directly, as rooms have been reserved for the congress. Please note that rooms are limited, so they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Below are the proposed accomodation at FIAP which you can book when registering for the conference:

- « Dormitories » are also available, containing 4 single beds in one room, and access to 2 shower rooms. Rate is 304 € per person.

These rates include all fees, bed linen, towels and a daily breakfast

Reservations can only be made for the 4-night package (5-8 October) at the above rate.
