Registration

Registration fees include access to the entire conference, a ticket for the welcome cocktail reception on October 5^th (including light food and drink), two coffee breaks per day, and lunches for all four days of the conference. A conference gala dinner is also included on October 7^th.

The registration costs are as follows: 

 * less than 5 years’ experience since completing the PhD

To register for the conference, you must follow these three steps:

1)  Fisrt step: you must create a ScienceConf account via this web page.

To do so, hover your mouse over the triangle to the right of the ‘login’ button and select ‘create an account’.

For french academics, you can also log in with your CCSD credentials (HAL, SciencesConf) by clicking on the ‘login’ button on the right under the website banner.

Please note: logging in to the platform does not constitute registration.

2)  Second step: pre-registration to the conference.

In ‘my space’ section, select the ‘my registration’ menu and fill in the form to proceed to pre-registration.

At this point, you will be able to submit your abstract for an oral presentation or poster in ‘my submissions’ section. For details, see the ‘Posters and communications’ section.

All pre-registrations are validated by the local organising committee. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email in the coming days. After receiving the confirmation proceed to the payment.

3)   Third step Payment: Proceed to payment.

Once you have received confirmation of registration, click on the following link and follow the instructions: Payment

The payment (credit card or bank transfer) will be done in two steps via pre-registration and registration after receiving an email of acceptance.
